We specialize in Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) from a variety of small, boutique, family-owned farms in California.
Our Arbequina & Arbasano EVOO is certified Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council. Our Fresh-pressed (Argumato) olive oils offer you an excellent
way to bring authentic, delicious flavors to your table. No lye olives are brine cured, Sicilian traditional style, for at least eight months.
 We also offer traditional oak barrel-aged balsamic vinegar, as well as local fruit flavored balsamic vinegar from Arizona & California.
​ Tucson, Az. organic Prickly Pear juice we blend with traditional white and dark balsamic vinegars.
